3 MONTH DEVELOPMENT CAMP
United City FC Women Development Camp aims to identify new players to join the 1st Team for 2026.
THE CAMP
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an exclusive group of 20 players to come join a new Development Camp Team which will include: 2x training per week (Downey) and 6x games at Championship Stadium (Irvine). The 3 month Development Camp will test players abilities, character and strength.
THE GOAL:
The goal is to create an intensely competitive Development Camp Team and identify players to join the 1st team for 2026. United City FC Women’s mission to build a club for the future in today’s game and become a bridge club for players to go pro. Our goal is to identify and develop talent then showcase players to clubs all over the world.
DATES:
Starting: 01-Oct-2025
Ending: 16-Dec-2025
PROFESSIONAL PATHWAY
THE GAMES:
6 games will be played at Championship Stadium (Irvine). All games will be filmed, live streamed and distributed to players for their review and post-game analysis, and hopefully to compile a highlight reel of their performances. All players will wear specific jersey numbers with their names on the back.
COST:
The Development Camp Team participation will be $250 per month. This includes all training session, game fees, official training jersey and gameday kit (including name on back of jersey).
CONCLUSION:
Players who demonstrate the right attitude, IQ, and technical skills will be offered to join the 1st team for the 2026 season staring January ’26, with no onward fees. All 1st team players are talent based and none are pay-to-play ensuring the high level of competition.
