THE TEAM

United City FC’s mission to build a club for the future in today’s game. We are committed to ensuring UCFC not only becomes a club for people to support but a club that will be linked to many future international soccer players.

THE WOMENS TEAM

United City FC Women’s have already established themselves as the powerhouse of women’s soccer. A big inaugural season in 2021 saw UCFC Women become UPSL Women’s Champions while two players were picked up to represent their national team of El Salvador. Both players featured in the CONCACAF W Qualifiers.

2022 saw UCFCW move to the South West Premier League, part of National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) and win their second successive Championship!

A return to UPSL Women in 2023 saw United City FC Women go unbeaten as they lifted their 3rd Title at Championship Stadium.

  • 2022 SWPL WOMENS CHAMPIONS 🏆
  • 2021 UPSL WOMENS CHAMPIONS 🏆

United City FC plans a bigger 2024 Season, building on successful back-to-back-to-back Championship titles.

The team’s future plans includes expanding the roster to 40 players, and add a B-Team for long-term development focusing on younger players.

Women’s Soccer has grown exponentially over the past few years, and the need to move with it, offering a high quality and safe environment is at the core of United City’s mission.

With official CONCACAF Women’s Gold Cup Rosters announced, United City FC Women was ranked #2 only behind NWSL powerhouse, NY Gotham FC for having the most players featuring at CONCACAF Women’s Gold Cup as 5 players; Danya Gutierrez, Amber Marinero, Elaily Hernandez, Alejandra Chirino and Michelle Ruano represented thier countries and played for the final spot in Group C at Galaxy Stadium on Saturday 17th Feb as Guatemala faced El Salvador. El Salvador were the eventual winners and progressed to face Canada, Paraguay and Costa Rica in Group C of Women’s Gold Cup (link).

Moving to new facilities at Downey Sports Park and bringing on new Staff has allowed us to continue the amazing work over the past few seasons and we look forward to the future of the game and the roles our players will have in it.
